About Tough Mudder - Cheshire
Tough Mudder comes to Cheshire on 10 October 2026, with an approximately 5km trail course featuring a dozen or more obstacles designed to test strength, endurance and mental resilience. Participants will encounter mud, climbing, crawling and water features throughout, with teamwork emphasised as a core element of the event.
The course takes place at Belt Wood, Over Tabley. Competitors must be aged 14 or over, with those under 16 requiring an adult companion. Participants should bring photo ID, registration confirmation, a water bottle and sunscreen, along with a change of clothes, shoes or sandals, a towel and a waterproof bag for muddy kit.
