About Trails of Mena
A 20 mile trail running circuit awaits at Trails of Mena on 13 March 2027, based at the Old Priory in North East Derbyshire. The anti-clockwise route links together local paths through Pilsley, Tibshelf, Teversal and Rowthorne, mixing track, maintained trail, field and woodland sections with a series of ascents and descents. Runners will pass Hardwick Hall, cross the M1, and return via farmland and Sutton Springs Wood, with GPX files provided to support navigation around the course.
Two checkpoints on the 20 mile route supply drinks and food to help sustain the effort. A seven hour time limit applies to completion. Free car parking is available at race HQ, and medic cover is in place both on the course and at the start.
