'Twas The Run Before Christmas takes place on the woodland trails and pathways of High Lodge in Thetford Forest, West Suffolk on 13 December 2026. The course is built on a 5.3 km lap format through the forest, with mainly pathway running and a short section of trails and woodland. A water and aid station sits at the lap point.
Two distances are on offer: a 10 km option and a 15 km option. Both follow the lap structure, allowing runners to adjust their total distance on the day if desired. The event runs to a six-hour cut-off overall, with a four-hour cut-off for those choosing a later start time. The event base is located adjacent to Oak Lodge, where registration takes place and complimentary refreshments are provided afterwards.
