About Valley of the Owls Run
A 10 km trail run through West Suffolk's countryside takes place on 6 June 2027. Based at the Suffolk Running Centre in Bury St Edmunds, the Valley of the Owls Run follows country lanes through the village of Ousden and passes some of England's oldest roads alongside scenic farmland.
Runners on the 10 km distance follow an out-and-back route via the Denham Flats, turning at a designated point. The event operates on a cupless basis, so participants should bring their own bottles or cups for refilling at aid stations. Bone conductor headphones only are permitted during the race, and there is a seven-hour cutoff for finishers.
