About Wentworth Castle Trail Runs
Trail running through Wentworth Castle Gardens offers runners a chance to explore 500 acres of rolling parkland and ancient woodland. The 5 km and 10 km routes wind through the estate's varied terrain, passing notable features including the Rotunda, Serpentine Bridge, and Stainborough Castle.
Taking place on Wednesday 16 June 2027, these evening races provide access to the gardens outside normal daytime hours. Runners can bring a dog on a lead if they wish. Free onsite parking is available for participants and spectators.
