About West Cheshire 10
Two trail races offer Chester runners a choice on 25 July 2027. The West Cheshire TEN comprises a 10 km and a 10 mile option, both following trail routes in the area. The event starts from Cheshire County Sports Club on Plas Newton Lane.
Parking is available at Cheshire Horse Sanctuary and the University of Chester Creative Campus, though organisers recommend arriving before 8.20am. Note that Mannings Lane will be closed at the A41 junction from 7am; alternative access to Cheshire Horse Sanctuary is via Picton Gorse Lane or Oak Bank Lane. Those using Cheshire Horse Sanctuary car park should be aware the roads reopen at 11am.
