About Wight Riot
Wight Riot offers participants the chance to run as many or as few 5.3 km laps as they wish on a mixed-terrain route along the coastal path at Milford on Sea. The out-and-back course takes in views of the Isle of Wight and passes Sturt Pond Nature Reserve. The event takes place on 7 March 2027 at The Wash House in the New Forest, Hampshire.
An aid and drinks table is positioned at the start and finish of each lap, stocked with savoury and sweet items. Public toilets are available at the start/finish area and along the route, with paid parking on site. The event is organised by Long Player Running under UK Athletics TRA licence number 7399. All finishers receive a medal. New Milton and Lymington Town railway stations are nearby, with local bus services operating the area.
