About Winter Weavers' Way
Runners comfortable with navigation and self-sufficiency will find the Winter Weavers' Way suited to their skills. This trail ultramarathon follows the Weavers' Way to finish at Cromer Pier, with participants required to navigate using a GPX file rather than relying on course signage. The 100 km race takes place on 14 November 2026, with a 19-hour time limit.
Checkpoints are set indoors along the route, offering food, drinks and water. A light meal and hot drinks await finishers at the Cromer recovery centre. The event is limited to 150 runners overall, with a minimum age of 20 on race day. A 50 km option also runs the same course on the same day.
