About Woodchester Trail Challenge
An eight-mile trail run through Woodchester Park awaits runners at this Stroud AC event on 6 September 2026. The course follows woodland tracks across demanding, hilly terrain, with competitors starting from a new location for 2026. The race is open to runners aged 16 and over, with a strict two-hour cut-off.
Held at Tinkley Gate National Trust in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, the event has applied for UKA/TRA licensing. All finishers receive a metal souvenir medal, and the race welcomes both individual and team entries with prize categories for male, female and veteran runners.
