About Woodstock 12
Woodstock 12 takes runners around the grounds of Blenheim Palace in West Oxfordshire on 8 November 2026. The 12-mile race comprises three laps of undulating private roads traversed anti-clockwise, with a notable hill encountered at the 2, 6 and 10-mile marks. The route takes in High Garden, an ancient part of the estate, passing some of the country's oldest oak trees. Water is provided in cups at the start of the second and third laps.
A 4-mile option follows a single lap of the same course. The 4-mile distance is accurate to within 10 metres, though currently not measured to UKA standards. Both races take place on road terrain at Adventure Play, West Oxfordshire.
