About Wyre Forest Festive Trail Event
Wyre Forest's ancient oak woodlands provide the setting for this festive trail running event on 13 December 2026. One of England's largest and most ecologically significant oak forests, the woodland and surrounding nature reserves offer a distinctive backdrop for runners of varying abilities.
Three distances are available: a 1 mile family route alongside 5 km and 10 km trail options. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join runners on the 5 km and 10 km courses for canicross. Finishers receive medals and festive treats, with refreshments and prizes tailored to each distance.
