PFW Running organises this unusual evening trail race through Wyre Estuary Country Park near Thornton Cleveleys. The four mile route follows a flat trail alongside the River Wyre, starting and finishing beside the water with a turnaround point further along the estuary.

Runners encounter an aid station serving water alongside red and white wine, and every finisher receives a medal plus a bottle of wine to take home, with cheese and crackers available to enjoy after crossing the line.
