About Y Cerrig Glas
Y Cerrig Glas is a fell race organised in the heart of Pembrokeshire, taking place on 30 August 2026 from a car park between Mynachlog-du and Rosebush. The marked trail route covers 11.5 km with approximately 350 metres of ascent over 7.1 miles, suited to runners with experience in fell running, pathfinding and map navigation skills.
The event welcomes adult participants from age 18 onwards, with junior and children's races also scheduled. Post-race tea and cake will be available; participants should bring their own mug. This is a category BM event that does not hold FRA permit or insurance.
