A 14 mile trail run through the South Downs near Newhaven, this event takes runners over challenging terrain that demands sure footing. The course opens with a climb and continues across sections prone to mud and slippery chalk descents, making trail shoes essential for tackling the conditions.
Based at the YHA cafe, the race provides water at the start, a water station at the midway point, and refreshments of tea, coffee and cake after runners finish.
